86 ktm125 gs motor?
« on: April 17, 2011, 10:45:30 am »
A while ago I bought this and it didn't have the motor but it had alot of other gear including original speedo.

Any way I can't find a motor for it so as far as I have got is some new parts and recovered seat it needs the forks rechroming so it is sitting in peices at the moment any ideas where I could find a motor for one obviously it isn't a common bike I don't think I'd like to put in a different engine if I can avoid that.

Here is the bike as I bought it.

Case reed vs  barrel reed, exhaust power valve vs not, chain on left vs chain on right. AFAIK, any of the case reed, chain on right motors will work.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
