PE250B SWINGARM BEARING KIT

Hi where can i get a shell case needle roller bearing and inner race set for a PE250B 1977 part no on the side of the bearing is IKO G JAPAN 20 28 25 ZEOl  specs 20mm id x 28mm od x 25mm wide and inner race specs 14mm id x 20mm od x 30mm wide. have tried allballsraceing and others. cheers

thanks but cbc has nothing, the nice young man at KESSNER SUZUKI said no the first time, so tried again and yes can get shell needle roller for $35.00 each, but not the inner race, have sent emails to IKO JAPAN and Thialand , thanks for advice its got me half way there. cheers

What size is your swingarm bolt.  I may have a solution as I have just done this to My Rm 250 B

14mm is that the same as RM250B INFACT I THINK PE250B AND RM250B USE THE SAME BEARING KITS ? CAN YOU COMFIRM

just went back to alpha-sports and checked yes PE AND RM250B DO USE THE SAME PARTS THEREFORE THE SAME PART NUMBERS, And spacer (inner race) is available for $11.80 US, BEARING IS available $33.00 US each so thanks LWC82PE and if its ok old fart can you please tell us what you have done.because to do the job include postage = $148.10 us

Correct 14mm shaft , run 2 -   28 od x 20 id x 15 long  each side    next get hold of 2 Pe 400 top end piston pins ( size is spot on ) 20 od x 14 Id  and make up a spacer in between with plenty of holes drilled in to save on weight
Or find a car wrist pin that will do the same thing ....... Wiscoe do 20 x 13/15   no 14

Yeah unfortunately the best suzuki parts guy at kessners for a long time has left, but they still should be able to help you I bet if you actually speak to Roger Kessner himself you wouldnt get turned away so easily. Did the young guy even look at the microfiche? they probably wont have the bearings on the shelf but they can order them in  if they are available. I used to always get them to order heaps of stuff in. They got stuff from Japan real quick.

Sounds like CBC are giving you the run around too. Go to the IKO website http://www.ikont.co.jp/eg/ , find the part number/size from catalogue in download section. Once you have done that
call this place http://www.bmachs.com.au/ they can get IKO needle rollers. They are my main bearing supplier and they will not root you around.

I see on their site they mention Garndner bearings so maybe try here too http://www.gardnerbearings.com.au/

Thanks OLDFART and LWC82PE good work, you have me pointed in the right direction, i actually saw ROGER KESSNER at the last Morgan club meet, hopefully talked him into a ride in the rooted class.
