Just bought a 1600w water blaster from Aldi for $79 and just cleaned 2 extremely mud & cowdung caked bikes.

Good luck with the Karcher. I went to buy one a while ago and the guy at the hardware store suggested a Gerni. Was happy to sell me the Karcher but said I would regret it. Brother in law works at the local Bunnings and says they are always coming back. They only stock Karcher so couldn't get a cheap Gerni through him.  Luck of the draw I guess. I went with the Gerni ;).

Aldi is a funny place hey. We go there occasionally, I say to the wife "how are we for potatoe's this week? And are we OK for washing machine's too? :D

I bought a cheap Karcher as well and it didn't last a year.It was replaced with a cheap Gerni and I have had it for three years and hasn't missed a beat.I always bleed the air out of it before I start.

If you spoke to enough people you would find someone who has has a bad experience with any product.
Pretty much everything is made to a price these days and when it's buggered, binit.
For $80 with 12mnths warranty, I'll take my chances.

Get a job running a dump / recycle station. This week 2 Dewalt (English built ones) power drills, industrial size AEG saber saw, with set of new blades..and.. a 637 series Kango power jack hammer with all bits.... they got a bit wet in floods so the people tossed them,,, Oh all now have been stripped cleaned  tested and are fully functional... PS See equal amounts of cheaper  Karcher and Gerni cleaners that have shitted their pumps here for recycling, Cheers
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

About 8 years from my Karcher. Just a dodgy on/off switch last 12 months. So as usual, been a sparky that hasn't been fixed yet.
