As for Borders/Angus & Robertsons laying blame at internet sales - that is a simple 'cop out' for a difficult situation. You can't tell me you haven't wandered into a Borders store and seen all the people sitting around reading the latest titles and then putting them back on the shelves and walking out.

Yet it is the kind of book store model that works very well in other countries.... they hadn't counted on the Aussies being too cheap to buy anything.
But its is adapt or die ..... thats why we buy our groceries at the gas station and our porn from the corner store these days.
