I've heard from an unconfirmed source that Peter Drakeford is planning a repeat of last year's cracker: same place, same format, same time of year.

I wait with bated breath for confirmation.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

To quote from an email from Peter Drakefield:

See you at Castella in Sept?
Cheers, Peter.

Castella you say...
http://maps.google.com.au/maps?hl=en&tab=wl

I don't go that far for my annual holidays ::) :P. I'll have to go to race meetings and collect cans to pay for this extravagance ;) :D.

September you say :'(. Well at least that gives me some time to get a bike together or think of an original and humourous excuse ::). Doesn't need to be registered does it?

Anything else happening other than Sunny Corner etc etc.?

Hi guys, yes we are looking at 3 Vinduro events, one at Gisborne/Broadford, one at Alexandra and a repeat of Steve Juzvas at Castella on Sept 28th. Steve has doubled the length of the track as you speedsters were lapping it too fast. Same terrain, same concept - be warned, it's tight. I am putting my head on the chopping block announcing this but it will get me motivated now to make it happen. As always, dates are a problem so will have to spend most of our time liasing with clubs and landowners. Thanks all, Drakie.
(ps; been a bit distracted getting an M-word '81 GS 400 up to scratch.)
