OK COL, i have spoken to the president of MA Sa and given him the proposal as outlined by you, he says it willbe forward on from the scb to Ross martin forth with for consideration.  it was marked as approved by all clubs in concept i belive.

HEy Col check ya PM's.  Seems there is a strong rumour of a power play in MA and and departing.  might change the playing field, not sure good or bad.  you decide.
