Blank rear sprocket
« on: February 22, 2011, 03:34:30 pm »
I’m after a blank rear sprocket I can machine up to suit my TM125. Can anyone recommend a dealer I can buy from direct?
I can get one through a local bike shop but I have to wait at least a week and pay the same price as a new sprocket!

I need a 428 steel sprocket with about 61-63 teeth. I’m currently running 15/58 and standard is 15/61
I can’t go lower on the countershaft as I’m running a 428H O ring chain and with any less than 15 teeth the chain hits on the case.

Thanks for any help

Hi BrentJ, there is always Chain Gang just up the road from me (100yds) call new owner Scott 0408 701 969. I could pick up and ship for you if you like.
Then there's old Ronny from Dalby, he owns the EML we race and can get all sorts of stuff cut from blanks by an Ag company near him-very well priced as it's for farm use.(wink wink nudge nudge).
