PE 250 alloy tanks - whats it worth ?

debating on pulling that 175 apart and stiking the 250 stuff on it or what ever is the cheaper parts are and selling off the better stuff -sidcovers, seat, etc etc etc. 

ideas anyone ? or $600 and the whole bike yours.
