wanted - im looking for a plastic petrol tank cap for a universal Australian 'Open Road' brand skinny/fat desert style tank. it is the sort that has an external/male thread that is machined/moulded into the plastic. its not a metal bayonet type fitting cap which i can easily get.
i think the cap would be the same as on the specific TT/XT 500 Open Road tank and maybe the same as Pacifico tanks? does any one work at a wreckers maybe and knows where there may be one or has one laying around the shed maybe?
i am willing to pay a fair amount to get one of these caps
