I reckon Rob Trujillo is punching seriously below his weight with Metallica.

Went to the first concert in Melbourne and by default was also the Australian one, was awesome. Its amazing the difference between the support bands amps & sound system Vs Metallica's set up. If you get a chance go to you-tube and search for the footage of when Trujillo agreed to join the band without a formal contract. As a gesture of goodwill the band handed over a $1 million cheque and he was a millionaire over night. Apparently the story goes that if he requested a contract there would have been no cheque.

I went on Thursday night... man, that was awesome.  They hung around on stage for ages after the show.

Total professionals... non-stop entertainment from start to finish.  They still go hard for old blokes.
