Hi,
just wanted to say hello. I am new (joined 6mths ago but just started using). Its a very helpful site and lots of knowledge and people wanting to help, thats what its all about.
My info Im a 61 baby grew up and rode from the seventies. First bike was a yellow Z50a. I learnt to ride at Redbank mini bike hire in the early seveties, some people out  there will remember that place, it was great.
I have had bikes all my life, mainly Road bikes but in the last 10yrs the VMX bug has bitten. This is how I met Doc(Chris? hope its the same bloke), Not sure if he remembers but he had some RM gaskets and I picked up a JAWA in briso and dropped in to say hello. I have never seen a bloke do so much with so little.
Now I have a passion for the CR 250 Red devils.
I have a lot of RM125a parts(complte bike in parts ) plus 2 C engines ,front end swing arm and some new old stock A side covers and no. plate. I will being trying to sell soon preferably to some one who wants a lot to start racing with or resto..

Thats it thanks for the help already I hope to  be able to give some help back.

Steve

Steve! sure I remember you and the Jawa..think I mentioned at the time it's something I've never tried and would like to but only if there was no fence and lots of run off :D I can't remember where you are from..is it Emerald by chance? If so I must put you in touch with a good mate Ray. You and he are very much alike. it's uncanny ;) good to hear from you anyway even if you have gone to the darkside ::) :D

Thanks for the welcome.
1st up Pancho I am a closet yam man I have a 76 tt 500 project in the shed, after a alloy swing arm from the later tt. I also have a project ty175. So I dont discriminate. If its 70s twin shock then I end buying rather than people trash them. Both need lots of work.
Stewart , its a small world, great catching up today.
Doc, I still have a original 125a in the bedroom, it will never leave( i swapped my Jawa  for the RM and some money, Hey Evil bay has a good priced Jawa on sale now, Im in trouble again!!!!), . Just trying to finance some CR250 stuff. I will email you soon.It has always stuck with me ,the old EVIL bay you called it all those years ago.
Its amazing its easy to buy projects, not sure I have enough life times to do, but what the heck.

Going to make some time to go to a few events round Briso next year, so I hope to catch up.

Thanks very much for the welcome.
