trying to id rm 80 motor

hi all trying to id engine in rm 80 i bought for my daughter.the frame number says its a 94 model but engine prefix for 94 and most others is d104 mine is c114 any ideas.also when it revs its just about to hit powerband then it revs like its on a rev limiter could this be carby or powervalve.any info would be greatly appreciated.thanxcheers gary

Gary I'd check with Suzuki. C113 is LT80 quad but I've nothing on 114 :-\

thanx doc that clears up both questions if it is a lt 80 quad motor it more than likely will have a rev limiter.its like a peewee 80 to ride it lust about to hit band and starts to rev like a rev limiter wich i think an lt 80 has.thanx again cheers gary.
