There was one of those at gatton swap two years ago fully restored for $550.  The owner took it home. He had painted the frame hamertone and fitted side covers off something else so it looked a little weird.  But all in all was a good buy.

If that really is an '80 model it's years behind the YZ250G... it still has the steel swingarm and just looks pre-historic.

And the YZ250G made a great enduro bike.  A few guys in our club at seeing what was on offer as an IT, brought YZs and didn't stop raving about them.

most jap enduro bikes lagged way behind their MX cousins, serious enduro riders all rode Husky, KTM, Maico back then for good reason. many others rode modified MX'ers but the gearbox ration were too close, power too snappy, suspension too hard. i even remember a few rego'd CR500's getting around too
