Smallest size that most gas/plumbing supplers will have is 1/8 BSP or NPT in either straight or parallel. 1/8 is not the thread OD size though its the ID size. 1/8 fittings have a thread OD of approx 3/8". Also try some car shops like Sprint Auto Parts or Autobahn or Supercheap Auto as they usually have some fittings like that.

Another easy way is someone can machine one up for you out of a lump of brass.

These guy's in geelong have a fair assortment of smaller brass stuff than what you will get at an ordinary reece etc etc I know because I have been in there before.

even if you cant get something exactly the same you can weld a small  bit of copper onto the brass and adapt it that way.
