Greg rode the same year as me , l know he rode 74 mk7 and mk 8 l think., he rode hodaka for a couple of meetings, he had a maico at one stage, then later montesa. Greg was a very good rider top A grader, like a lot of riders, you need that sponsorship and the support to give you the drive and the push every month or fortnight to get out of bed on very cold early  mornings to go racing just because you love it and still have the fire in the belly to succeed as a racer.
John Kaiser and Gary Adams also rode Bultaco mk5. 250.

More Spanish metal for Greg ... those Beatle wigs are now collectables ...

Why is he riding No.54's bike here?   A few faces that could be named here?  (Looks like Gary Adams far left with hands in pockets ...)

Is that '69 Australian 250 champ Bob Vourmard from Port Pirie in the pom pom tam o shanter sucking on the gasper behind Garry Adams? It sure looks like the old skallywag.

Mark it's actually Lyall O'brien (R.I.P) behind Gary Adams.

Regards Stan.

So it is Stan....Jeez it looks like Vourmard though. He sometimes wore one of those silly hats as well.

Yeah 414 it is Peter and also Mark Christian beside him and then Guy Lampard on the Mk9 Bully beside him.

By the way while flagging on turn one at Monza on Sunday I noticed you had a different style of going in there in neutral ;D ;D ;D  It didn't seem to be your fastest way through that corner. But I must admit you made up for it everywhere else. You rode real well mate.

Regards Stan.
