Run out of motivation, and am looking for cash...
The rolling chassis stuff is under control, although all of the motor stuff is a bit of a lucky-dip. The only parts I know are missing from the main bike, are the exhaust system and a RHS sidecover.
There's at basically two and a half bikes worth of stuff, and some extras. The second bike would be missing a seat and rear guard.
Not pictured (but included) is another two cylinder heads, a couple of carbys, new O-ring chain, another pair of forks and rear tyre.
Rear wheel has just been built with new HD spokes.

$700 for the lot, or $630 if I get to keep the headlight (I have a damaged surround if its any help?)
I will happily sell off the 'spare bits' seperately, but Stan S gets first option if I do this, and I will part with the good stuff last - so don't bother asking for just the new/reco bits unless you're prepared to pay real money for them.
