after rays bike splitting in half at ravenswood,i have checked the frames on our 2 hondas and found the 250 is splitting in the same spot.it might pay to spend some time and have a good look at you frames.ours were fine before ravenswood.

Which was it? Had a look after Rays spectacular frame height dumping or before you went to Ravo. Or both?

It appears that you are blaming the track. More likely 30 year old bikes just getting older.

Sorry guys if i offend, but i check my frames (and most other safety components) at the completion of every race, i don't wait for something like what happened to Ray to bring me back to earth to go and check the bikes.
I also "NEVER" chrome or zinc plate brake or suspension parts and always update components where possible, eg; replacing ball bearing heastem units for taper roller.
At Pre85 levels the bikes at best are 27 years old were probably, raced for 3-5 years when new then used as a paddock basher for the next 15-20 years then we get it, paint, powdercoat and chrome it and think its a new bike again, but it ain't.
