I was going to restore it as an unique Vinduro machine but have too many projects on the go

And prey tell what are these projects 
CX500 powered postiebike or maybe a Honda CB750/ Suzuki Burgmann  chopper 

and I shudder to think of just where they acquired the motor and frame for this, oh so wrong, project before camouflaging it to hide it from its rightful owners
