Brooweena DVD
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:24:49 PM »
The annual Brooweena twinshock-only trial went off well again this year and a couple of people took video footage of the riding so again this year I am selling DVDs of the event as a fund raiser for next years event.

The DVD is about 2 hrs 20 minutes long. Saturday was filmed by Leonie Treagus and Sunday by Robyn Eckert. You will see some of the fancy bikes Jeff Eckert (red and white TY250) and Mark Reed (Beamish Suzuki RL325 and Suzuki RL250) had on show at CD7 in action as well as lots of others.
Copies of the DVD are $10 plus postage of $2.20 within Australia.

There is also a CD of stills of the riding taken by Leonie Treagus which I can send in the same package for another $5.

Here is a list of the bikes
Yamaha TY175 (lots)
Yamaha TY250 (lots)
Suzuki RL250 (2)
Kawasaki KT250 (3)
Suzuki Beamish RL325
SWM TL320
Bultaco Sherpa T 325 M92
Montesa Cota 247 (3)
Montesa Cota 200
Honda TLR (2)
Honda TL125
Yamaha TY80
Terry Telfer's pre-65 bike

Brooweena is not a large Twinshock-only event. There were 30-something riders this year and it has been around that size for many years. Brooweena is located about midway between Central Queensland and Brisbane. Riders mainly come from the coastal strip between Rockhampton and the QLD/NSW border.

The biggest Aussie Twinshock-only trials events are run by the Denman MC in the Hunter Valley, NSW

Note these events are Twinshock/Classic-only. Most other trials are run with Modern and Classic classes.
