Easy fix, GMC can do it for you, hes near you?  If you wanna save some dollars, get some 3mm alloy plate, make a cardboard template and then cut the alloy out to the shape of the fin. Then Vee the join out for the weld. i also set up the new fin with blocks, bits if metal or what ever to get it in place so then all i need to do is drop it off at the welder and all he has to do is look at it and then run a weld bead and its done and he doesnt have to much around anymore with it costing me $. Make the fin oversize first, then after its welded on and you got the barrel back you can then shape the fin to suit. If done well, you can not tell a fins been welded on.

it should be identical to the other side Matt but there is a bit of space between gasket area and the crack so it should be right if I get it fixed up the 400 cylinder is hard to come across and most like this .50 out so you gotta grab whatever you can get they all have the kickstart damage here

if any one has another barrel or any pe400 stuff let me know thanks Michael. :)

Leith nailed it pretty good.
5005 or 5356 sheet will weld on okay.
I have some here if you don't have any handy but like Leith says any fiddling you do to set up will save some time for the welder therefore dollars.
Any thing small like 10 - 15 mm deep I would just fill with weld rather than cut small pieces.
That big missing peice though would need to cut from sheet.
