Obviously you have done your homework gwc and came to the only logical solution- SUZUKI.  The rats that 43 speaks of will come crawling back. The lure of something new is mighty powerful, but once the glittering facade loses it's shine, much like Honda plastics & suspension, they will see the stupidity of their dalliance. The 82/83 RM250's are scary fast and with some minor set-up, out handle the rest as well-easily!
