Looks like a 4 stroke to me. It's not a good shot. The tank appears to be a dummy.

Its got german on the swing arm & tank but maico on the motor ???

the single shock model bike is really nice. tell me if this true, some company in europe  is building brand new 80 era model Maico`s, true or false.
