Yes they did, but because very little had changed from the 82 model so it was considered a bid dated and they didnt sell in as big numbers so thats why you dont see many. There has been plenty on ebay but they are often that far gone and transformed they are unrecognisable as a 84 let a lone a PE. You know, painted all black and skull or Metal Mulisha or Crusty stickers all over them.
