RT1MX Magazine Tests?

Anyone remember any magazine comparison tests between the RT1MX and any of the other 1971 Japanese big-bores (TM400, Speed Kitted F-5 Bighorn)?

I'm sure the Euro bikes blew them away, but I'm interested in how they compared to each other.

Think i remember a test on the TM400 that went something like--'they approached the 'haunted' castle & opened the creaking old doors etc etc haha. Think it [bike] scared shite out of them with its 'lack' of flywheel effect etc, they thought they were going quick but dunno if 'real' lap times showed that or just wore the rider out so felt he'd been going 'faster than fast'. Reminds me of an add here for indoor Karts that goes ['faster' than fast--not even sure if that's possible]. Digressing a bit, baaack in the bsa days [& experimenting] made one 500 on 'Alky' with [bigger than big!!] piston, & cotton reel flywheels 'scramble cams' [what's a scramble i hear young ones say] & just couldn't ride it. Looking back it was on a slippery grass [wanganui--now whanganui] 100mph TT with a buggered tire & should have persevered rather than scrap that idea & tried it in the dirt.

"lightweight weapon" 18 pgs total   52lb weight saving-this is on a DT1mx ,but mostly relavent .
