Because its in a state that doesn't have pre-90 racing?
you could transport it somewhere else? It's not bolted down.
Because virtually nobody is buying anything ATM?
What's an Automated Teller Machine got to do with it? You can't buy anything at the ATM, you get the money there, and then go somewhere else to spend it.
Because its an 85 model, making it the least competitive pre-90 bike (unless the 86 seat cover improves performance significantly)?
If you read the February '86 issue of MXA, you'll find they tested an 85 model CR125 with an 86 seat cover. The test riders reported "better cornering, while increasing straight line stability", "considerably more power throughout the entire rev range", and "much easier chain adjustment".
It was also widely known that the bike that Dymond used in the '86 season, and that O'Mara rode in the MXDN was actually a bone-stock '85 model with an '86 seat cover.
