What is the standard weight oil for rear monoshock on a YZ250F1979? Opinions?

Can someone advise if 5 or 10 or 20 weight was used back in the day as i had my shock serviced and it doesnot really dampen even tough there is a difference in the adjustment, i believe that 5 weight was used. Or what would you use?
