The bike is on display at Duex ex Machina in Sydney. It's a cool looking thing.

the v4 dohc looks the ducks guts compered to that other ecoforce wizz bang engine but what pushes the pistons down on the intake stroke ??? ???

The cylinders are in a X orientaion, the opposing pistons are connected by a straight rod, so it just slides back and forth, cylinder pressure after combustion pushes the rod making the exhaust stroke opposite and moves the central 3 lobe cam around. Then the lobe is pushed around from another 2 cylinders power stroke and the intake and exhaust strokes are completed.Top RH cylinder about to start power stroke, Top LH cylinder exhust stroke bottom RH end of intake stroke, bottom LH cylinder  stat of exhaust stroke.
Jesus only loves two strokes

Kinda like a desmodromic crankshaft.
