How much for oil do i put in a 1973 Honda XL 350 setting up for dirt track? Which oil is best?

Supa cheap has it in thier stores  5 -10-15 w

Every set of XL Honda forks I look in have different damping holes, probably mismatched.That said, if it was 350 forks I would run 190cc of 30 weight.My mate Dave would run lighter oil, it really is what you feel is best-don't be frightened to go real heavy and real light, to see how it feels.
