BSA B44 engine.

Don't take the owners description of the engine as "pre 65" as right as it's not legal here. It is everywhere else of course but not here. Cool item though, if a tad expensive.

Tad expensive would be understatement of the year. Really for the same price as a new Harley engine I would want it to be a lot more clever, NEB box, clutch, head and barrel that kind of thing.

yer ...They are are groovy septing the right hand shift,  but Sorry Jimson i really know nothing about them, i have decided me and 4 strokes dont work so im going to flip all the 4 bangers that seemingly have to gravatated to me, these 44's are suprising light bikes if they are 500 cc, small frames too.

Seems all there other than a speedo.  IF anyone can tell me about them please do as i need to put something together for an ebay advert, and ill be honest enough to say i havent got a clue about them or what the sales points are.

Seems more likely as a complete roady sale than one for pulling apart to play mx, but any target markets , words or "cut and paste" offerings encouraged and greatly accepted  ;)
