Has anyone had any dealings with Plasticwerks in the US

I ordered a pair of side covers from these guys 4 or 5 weeks ago but they wont answer emails or phone calls (at least they havent charged me yet) any experiences.

Wow. Their stuff looks pretty good. Wouldn't mind that vented OW front plate. Just have to turn the number up-side-down.
Let me know how you get on with them.....
