CD 6 vinduro pics wanted
« on: October 14, 2009, 09:37:20 pm »
Does anyone know who the bloke is that was taking photos at one of the creek crossings on the vinduro loop at CD 6?

From memory he had a black Suzuki Sierra 4WD parked nearby.

Any info appreciated.

Cheers

Ben

If he was a big fellow it was Barry Marshall.  He was taking pics for Trailzone or trailrider I think.

Thanks Stu, I think that the new issue (#26) is already on sale so i might have missed the boat.

I might try and contact the photographer and offer to buy any pics he has of me. The only pictures i have of me at CD 6 are ones with a beer in my hand at the end of the day.

I'll let you know how i get on.

Ummmm......  "Said chap" is my Father - let me know what you were riding, and any identifying marks, and I'll see if he got a photo of you.  He was shooting for Trailzone...

Not a bad memory Ben - It was a Dark Green Grand Vitara....   :D

oooops - oh well....  I was too busy doing loops of the Vinduro track to notice which car he was driving...  I just assumed....    ;D

As for swapping - he doesn't own the Grand Vitara anymore.  Guess he'll be wanting to borrow the clubs 4WD for CD7 too.   ;)
