Neal,
Thanks for the effort. I did find those.....however.
The DG looking unit is missing 1/2 of the bottom mount for the side cover. He say's that it is the original muffler which it isn't and given his lack of clarification along with the $50 plus exchange rate plus shipping it becomes rather exxy.

The other one is pretty much what i need but he won’t separate from the pipe. Or at least in his words I pay for both but he will only ship the muffler, again the cost is prohibitive. If I needed a pipe it would be different, but I don’t as i have a brand new DG unit.

Basically I don’t like the look of the DG unit, rather I prefer the round OE look. If i could get hold of a standard one locally, i could copy it pretty close. I'm starting to find that most of the stuff on e-bay is rubbish and that they want top $ for. Locally I could justify it, but the freight from the US is a killer, specifically as some of the people don't want to use USPS as they have to go to the post office. They nominate UPS that pick and deliver and it cost's a shite load more.

A side note. 125's are a damn side harder and more expensive to restore than the bigger bikes. I think that the smaller bikes get such a hard life in the hands of young kids that ride from dawn to dusk that the bikes are plain rooted. Everything seems to be oversize and flogged and way past there use by date. I think that i have bought 4 bikes in varying stages of completeness to get the enough to build just one bike.

Not as many 125's got sold as the bigger ones and they share a lot of components.
