Had a MX250A back in 74. Bought it from Owens m/c at Capalaba, one he had built himself and went like shi off a shovel and handled pretty muc the same.
I took it back to NZ to race and it was hole shot king for a while until it broke 3rd. It broke 3rd every week thereafter until it blew the crankcase seals to billyo. I sold it off and headed back to Oz in 75 and the rest is history- or so they say.
