Mid 80's XR250 Fuel Cap & Tap

what year is it exactly? i can tell you what XR tank caps from 86 onwards are the same as what CR and modern tank caps but i havent got any info on pre 86 XR caps. I will try and put some info on here a little later.

86-05  XR200,250,400,600,650 - tank cap is the same as

CRF250R/X 04 -07
CRF450R 02-07
TRX250EX 00-07 (quad)
TRX400EX-99-07 (quad)
TRX450R/ER 04-07 (quad)


thats all the info i have. Has anyone got a Honda Zedder cross reference programe?

No idea I'm afraid.
By the shape and the stickers, I'm guessing RF ('85) but I was kinda hoping they didn't change until they went to the white tank..........  ::)
You haven't got anything possible kicking around?
