If your completely stuck Rob Replica rubber could possibly make on for you and bond it to a steel plate with the holes a the correct distance. His number is on the OzVMX homepage

if I have it right - have a look here.  These are Sudco in the States but my local shop had some on the shelf?

http://www.sudco.com/vol33/72.pdf

ALternatively have a look through the Sudco site - quite tedious as they stock an awesome amount of gear.

Hope this helps.

hi
it looks to me like a 1974 mx360a reed valve body in a home made manifold.the front looks to be dt1f with 2 spigots.this is very roughly built with bits just welded to top and bottom to give it hight.the rubber flange is gone.i was wondering why i couldnot just put the yamaha rubber carby joint on and do away with the nasty bit of plate at the front.then get the rubber made between carby and air filter
cheers

hi
have figured it out with the help of ebay asked questions about hole centers on a sc500 inlet joint and it is the same so went to yamaha USA site and checked all the inlet joints that are the same size.now just have to find the one which matches my Honda carby.or change to a mikuni
thanks
