Lost a good mate last weekend Glen Davies No 24 A-Grade Dirt-Tracker from 70's. Hagon Yamaha.

If Glen was an A Grader in the 70's he his way to young to be leaving us now. Was kind of around the Dirt Tracks in that era but can't quite put a face to the name. Any chance you can fill us in on a little of his history.

yeah col, Glenn was 51 wore blue leathers with a white stripe raced mainly griffith and surrounds. Died at Winton pitting for his brother Bryce. Bryce is the current Aust. champ on his Vincent outfit.Glenn's father Ginge used to wear white overalls and was involved with Griffith track preparation. Ginge was by his side when Glenn died suddenly.Funeral was yesterday,huge attendence.Paul Tyson,Dave Gras,Len Norris,Mike Fallon,Paul Jenkins,Graham Marsdon,Jamie Muirhead and me Peter Lee were some of the older racers present.
