Howdy Dirttracker. This meeting was kind of a must do for any serious dirt trackers in the 60's to early/mid 70's. Not sure when the last open their was but from my memory of the three or so I did ride at it was either one mile around with big fast open bends (right and left)
or one kilometer around with big fast open bends (right and left).
Surface was similar to if not decomposed granit and traction was never a problem. For me it was about 35yrs ago. Anyway it's no more.
But if it was on, it would have been this coming weekend.
The circuit was just out of Young in NSW and from memory the meeting was promoted by the YDMCC. Good club, good town.
