Twinshock Enduro Video TS185

Twinshock Enduro 26/04/09.
What an excellent day.Great new venue for the club, flat and twisty track and then twice up and down the hill. There was hordes of PE's and RM's,Honda,Husky,Maico,CZ,Pursangs etc plus the older Brits,Triumph BSA etc.Mostly MX/Enduro with about half a dozen trail & trials bikes.
I had a good day, bike ran perfect and I came 42nd overall of 70 plus,which ain't bad for a Suzuki TS 185 !  :-)
I notice folk on here have planned to make TS enduro bikes, all I can say is go for it! A lot easier to ride for 2 hrs (2 x 1hr) than say me TM125 as it's more tractable.Somewhat lacking in the suspension dept. though this could be improved.
Anyway here's the Youtube vids mostly focused on the TS but you might see other bikes somewhere!  ;D

Nice effort loydee. well done mate.

I agree with who wants to fight a bike for 2 hours. The 185 has just enough  without being a handful in the tight stuff.

Thanks for your comments Pokey. It was a top ride but shouldn't have been,at break period we noticed the plastic RM tank had slipped down and was being melted by the exhaust pipe! The seam had really cut into it,we hitched the tank up and put gaffa tape on the tank's damage (what that was s'pose to do I don't know...!). At each checkpoint I'd just see if tank was OK or if I was on fire yet and fly off for another lap  :D

Great vid; some niffty editing there ;) :D. Some great shots of the Old Dart, that fair green isle called Pommyland ;D. I'll have to get along on my Steve McQueen Rickman when I go to Pommyland to pick it up ;D (I dream :-[).

Here in Oz the TS185 was the Club Enduro en mass. Half the field was made up of 185's - Preston Petty gaurds frant and rtear, a PP headlight and away you went. And they went well. A good balance between power and weight and handling, and being a two stroke getting a few extra horsies through home mods was cheap and easy.

Thanks.
