RT1 gearing?

Bike is a pre-70 race bike.
Has a ported piston-port barrel, 38mm carb, CDI, etc. The emulator software promises ~45hp, I'm told. :o
Standard RT2 gearbox.

Any suggestions for sprocket sizes? Esp for Conondale.... ;)

FWIW:
Standard gearing is 14-39.
Standard RT1MX has 14-44.
