 would it be worth having a crack at converting a 125 pit bike ign system , or a ct110 ,  would it be possible the honda 110 has the same shaft taper ? all u,d have to do is check static timing , possibly redrill the ststor plate , i think i have some info about converting 110 systems

Yep thouth about that and of course the later CT125 agi/trail bike set up . Problem is they have wider covers and physically change the appearance. Remember any ignition can be used in vintage /classic but you cannot change the external appearance from original except if it readily available parts or covers etc from the era . Check the MOMS. ;)  (Lots of people should THINK about that RULE ...... and look at their machines.) Thanks Ims will scratch the useless brain some more. Cheers Tim

I have CT110 cdi on my XL350. It's been there for 12 years with no worries. From memory, the cover needs a little modifying but nothing major. It should also fit the SL125 as a bloke I once knew had the same ignition on a TL125.
