I 'm actually in the process of debate as to which bikes are going to be sold. I need to cut the collection back so the PE250 will be going and probably two of the IT's and maybe a YZ. I'm so attached to them that loosing one would be like losing a testie. :'(

I have pondered selling the Darmah but I've rebuilt the motor from top to bottom and love it to much but I would like the money to use on my corvette. But how could I part with this. Picture of my young bloke onboard:

I had one black and gold identical years ago, may have even made money off it. rebuilding the motor goes with the territory, the Taglioni time bomb.  ;D

They do have their idiosynchosies just like any other bike but not many bikes sound as good as a Duke. I ported the heads, new valves, 88mm pistons, beautiful. I had a few pieces off the bike when that photo was taken but she is all sweet now. 8)

I sold the Drama and bought a series of Pantahs, still wish i had the 650. But I agree after owning 6 of them nothing sounds like one.

Me thinks one of those 84 maico's should come home with me. If your trying to thin out the herd, that's as good a place to start as any.

Well the culling process has begun. The first bike being listed on Ebay tonight will be my 1983 IT 490. I may also be selling a 81 PE 250, 81 IT 250 and 84 IT200. That will do for now I'm running out of tissues :(
