XR/XL 500 aftermarket swingarm??

looks to be remains of a White Brothers sticker on this one so could be, how ever it seems a little strange to see pillion pegs on an aftermarket swingarm. maybe its an alloy replacement for an XL?. maybe someone welded brackets for pillion pegs on it?
