Bike freight from Adelaide

Just an update.
I have always used and recommended Hyper Trans for bike freight out of Adelaide. They were totally professional and a fair price.
There are new people working there now and my last experience with them was totally different.
No point going into details, I just wanted to mention that I won't be using them again.
