i think i may have found a solution to my 125a fork issues the front end in the picture below is stock 125a clamps and yz125e fork legs beside it and above is the standard 125a leg now i can use the yz125e forks if i bore the clamps by 1 mm not much and there plent of meat on those clamps now i can either use the rm125a front wheel this way or the yz125 front wheel tirh the conical hub doing this ill get the extra lenght i need without going simmons and it get a worksier looking fork no does anyone see any issues with me doing this i think  its the most practical way to get the extra height i need without sacrificing too much the yzforks are laying in my shed doin jack shit so i think it may be the way to go

The trouble is Caps, you'll be stuffing up yr steering big-time. Probably steer like a truck & headshake like a bull in rage.

By extending the fork tubes you push the front wheel further away from you (for every 20mm longer tubes the wheel is about 10mm further forward) which affects yr weight distribution noticeably, causing front-end washout unless you climb up over the tank cap when cornering. As I recall, the std 125As had a bit of a problem w that at the best of times. Add the leading spindle forklegs, & you push yr front wheel another 30mm or so forward. If you've got a much longer swingarm & can run the rear axle right back you may restore some of yr weight distribution, but I suspect it will still steer like a truck.

Not only that, but w leading spindle forklegs in std RM125A triples, you reduce yr trail considerably which would cause considerably more headshake on rough ground.

I wouldn't do it if yr going to race VMX.

At the very least, find some triples w much less offset that will fit if you want to use the YZe forks & adjust yr rear axle right back.

maybe look at any 36mm PE triples. they are for leading axle forks and dont have much offset. easy and cheap to find on ebay

Caps, raising the back 1.5" reduces rake by about 1.5degs.

RM125a ran 30deg std & 1deg less would sharpen up the steering, tho 1.5deg less may be too much. (RM125m/s ran 29deg std). And it probably looks weird w the back raised 1.5"

If you raise the front 1.5" you push the front wheel forward about .75".   If you can move yr rear axle back .8" (20mm) or more you'll go close to restoring weight balance (dead & live - without/with rider).

RM250A/B  or RM125B/C triples fit too I believe, but the longer forklegs still push the front wheel forward. I'd be considering raising the front only about 20mm & moving the rear axle back about the same. It should steer quite nicely then.
