how bad is the seat base? you know you can repair them right? eg cut sections of metal out and weld in new pieces. get it sand blasted and repainted as well.

i was thinking of that but i would prefer one that is nice and has all the seat cover hooks in place and im also missing the hook that is screwed into the base that the latch grabs  i am having the stuff sand blasted soon but i do have good foam so all i need is a seat base and cover and i will be right im just wondering can any one confirm that gt80 forks have 2 mounts on one fork and 1 on the other and which side is which if so i think that i have original forks but they need tube replacing and all around tidy up can any one recommend any one in the geelong area to do this and im still after tail light bracket throttle and indicators thanks Michael :)
