So has anyone removed a sleeve before?? if so will just heat get it out, I have put one in before but never taken one out, so anyhelp wpold be great. :) ;D

You could get yourself a good CZ workshop manual, that would help.

It's the same procedure as any two stroke sleeve replacement goes, the barrell in typical Czech fashion is designed to be friendly to this job.

To answer the first question - no I have'nt done this on a CZ yet.

YEPeeeeeeeee ;D its out, sleeve is out when I got home I put it in the oven for 30mins on full heat and used some welding gloves and placed it on the concrete and it just slid out, it was so easy, if you have any more questions please ask ( ps putting sleeve in oven will put a odor in the house it stinks!!!)

Way to go dood!, hope I never have to do that task but if ever I just happen to have a big ol' wall oven in my shed for such things.
