MX250 PM. I will see if I can get you a damaged one they are cheap and made out of UV Stab. Poly, so strong once you cover it with 3m sign writting yellow or whatever color it looks awsome. The best part you just need a texta and a pair of sissors.

Hey Tom, love your swingarm chain guard.  I need one just like it for my VB.  Where did you get the material?

Safeway LOL yes that is right safeway have 2.99. Nylon Chopin boards, then I took it home drew it out then cut it out with a angle grinder. After that I made it all neat with the grinder. Then came the fun part pot of boiling water on teh stove shoved my cut out in ther then had the swingarm sitting beside me I bolted it in on one side then started to bend it this took mmmm about 30min of heating and bending. But at the end of it have a nice chain rub at a total cost of 2.99AU. I learnt this trick off a old racer scotty Mason here in melbourne, he said he has used this method loads of times and showed me a gas gas with a setup made out of the same thing.

Cheers

I'm going shopping.  And the missus can have a new compact cutting board.

Thanks, Mike

Why thankyou, My only tip is buy a big choping board and use the straight edge as the outside as it will look alot neater once the chain is on you won't see the inside as much. All the chain rubbs at the motorbike stores are nylon, Also found out that montesa VF tanks are the same thread as Gas Gas and are avalible in aloy and diffrent colors if you want to jazz it up a bit or just black if anyboday gets stuck, so easy to get.....

Cheers
