I have a keen interest in VMX now after a broken history of MX. First MX bike 76 YZ125C brand new, second bike Montesa Cappra VB125 brand new (yes it shit itself a couple of times and at 16-17 was over it in a hurry! Went with woman and rugby and gave up for 17years.
Got back into riding in 97 when the new WR and YZ strokers came out and never looked back. Been away from MX for a couple of years due to business and now have the following garage
CRF450F 04, KTM125SX 98 (boys), 2x VT250f 88s (boys) DR200 85 (missus), PE400T (in parts) all there, though needs a top end see tech advice log! TL125 78? in bits with 180 bore kit, Montesa Cota 247 71, Suzuki A50 Maverick 73 and (bits off TS185 and ER125s)
So all a bit odd really, except the CRF(tested the 09) yep might happen , PE400 will get going and will evolve into my dream VMX yes the 79 250 Red Rocket. I remember seeing the first hit a race track near Balclutha ooh ahh.
