One lousy photo doesn't help id-ing it. It looks to have a water cooled mugen kit on it, the alloy tank is probably of a '79 125. So its a cr125 '80 with a mugen kit on it. The water cooled kit is rare/ expensive and desirable for sure. It would look nicer if it was red in my opinion.

the bike belongs to my mate, its a 1980 with a 81 WC motor with mugen kit.  The tank is a new copy in ally.  quick little bike.
