Anyone used a pipe made by answer from the 80's?

I seen a real good 2 stroke pipe made by answer the other day to suit a mid 80's cr250.. wanting to know if they were any good before telling HOONY about it..  ??? anyone remember them?

ive got an answer muffler here dont know what it suits but they look alright

Answer mufflers were the gear in the early 80's so i guess the pipes would've been good too. I could afford a muffler back in the day but not a pipe.

The pipe i saw was in real good nick and looked trick, was $150.. i thought it was reasonable but the guy couldn remember what year it was to suit. It looked mid 80's to me and the guy said it was from that era.

i owned an 89 model Yamaha yz250 not that long ago and it had a answer mufler on it..

looked the goods but unfortunately you couldnt repack the thing.....loud as.... :o

the alloy mufflers/spark arrestors are good, i really like them and have a few. the ones i have are the early round long sparak arrestor types (quiet) and i also have a couple straight through early round mufflers. both are easily repackable and completly restorable by removing a c-clip in the end. you can even get the origianl stickers for them. the Pipes are pretty rare though i would think. ive only seen a couple.
